APPSはリン酸型ビタミンＣ誘導体にパルミチン酸を付加することによって、親油性を獲得した新しい水溶性ビタミンＣ誘導体です。APPSの特徴成分にはパルミチン酸アスコルビルリン酸３Ｎａや植物性アスタキサンチンやお肌の乾燥肌を防ぐしっとりタイプの化粧水などあります。
APPSの役割とは表皮をなめらかに整えながら、真皮まで浸透し、コラーゲンの合成を促進します。また、細胞内の活性酸素を除去して、皮膚本来の働きをアップさせて、ストレスに強い肌へと導きます。
